跟随欧洲高速战机理念，模仿德国高速飞机制作的一种战机，武器与发动机全部是从德国进口，1941年3月试飞，试飞员报告该机控制性差，翼载大，着陆速度过大，后来与Ki44钟馗做了空战性能测试，空战性能全面低于钟馗，于是就停了，只造几架。
