腌制芥菜疙瘩是一道由大头菜、蒜、香菜等做成的美食。

大头菜，葱，姜，蒜，香菜，辣椒油

做法

1、大头菜，洗干净；

2、用手撕开，成为块；

3、加盐，用力揉搓；

4、放置半天，把水倒出；

5、加入葱、姜、蒜、香菜、辣椒油拌好即可。
