刘终古（？-前46）即济北思王。祖籍沛县。刘志刘志曾孙。继其父刘遗为王，荒淫无度，并令其八子及所爱侍奴与诸御婢相奸，淫秽乱制，宣帝五凤年间，为青州市刺史劾举，被削去封地四县。立二十八年死。子刘尚嗣位。
