王道增(1551—1623年)，字益甫，号嵩淮，颍州区人，明万历八年(1580年)中进士，授西安府推官，执法严明。后迁知青州，又到吏部，选为御史，不久迁陕西省左参议，转四川省右藩。病卒于武林。一生著有《边训》、《平夏纪》。
