郎县，古地名。西汉初，置郎县（故城县在今河北柏乡县北11公里处），属恒山郡。

高后元年(公元前187年)恒山郡为恒山国。文帝元年(公元前179年)改恒山郡为常山郡。郎县先后属之。

王莽称帝后，改郎县为禾成亭。

东汉建武元年(公元25年)，刘秀即帝位于郎县南千秋亭、五成陌，因此改郎县为高邑县。
