曲嘉，字灵凤，金城郡榆中人。为古高昌国的君主之一，属曲氏高昌之列，是曲氏高昌的开国君主，他于501年至525年在位，共24年，是王莽时期西迁的汉族后代。年号有承平及义熙，死后谥号为昭武王。
