李希贤，教授，民国时任南通大学医科长。1928年9月任私立南通大学校董。

1928年9月，与李石曾、于右任、李宗仁、秦汾、何玉书、钱新之、张轶欧、许璇、荣宗敬、周威、吴兆曾、徐肇钧、张孝若等十九人，组建私立南通大学校董会（1930年11月南通大学更名为南通学院）。
