前201年，汉高祖刘邦封功臣武虎为梁邹侯国（治所在今山东邹平县韩店镇旧口村），后为县。隶济南郡。晋咸宁年间（275—280年），隶乐安国。永嘉县七年（313年）以后，梁邹县省废。
