陈浚书，籍贯为江西省赣州市兴国县。他是清朝末期的政治人物，同进士出身。在光绪九年（1883年）的癸未科殿试中，他名列进士三甲第37名。同年五月，他被吏部掣签分发至各省，以知县即用。他在1891年至1894年期间担任巴陵县知县。
