原料/调料

白萝卜去皮切细丝，用盐捏匀，30分钟后泌去水分撒上葱花备用；

起油锅煸少许葱花（喜欢辣的人可放点剁椒），将煸好的热油淋浇在萝卜丝葱花上，拌匀即可。
