凤凰村地处黄口镇西南部，是一个风景秀丽的村庄，其地理位置独特，背靠凤凰山，西临海口湖，距镇区2公里，交通便利。全村有3个自然湾，9个组，515户，总人口2099人。耕地面积1133亩，其中水田465亩，旱地368亩，水果面积300亩，山场面积2000亩。
