彭凯雷，男，1976年出生，现居北京市，是香港文汇报的高级记者，同时也是资深媒体人和诗人。

曾就读于中国人民大学新闻系，1998年入职香港文汇报，曾任香港文汇报北京新闻中心代总编辑。
