糖肉有三种做法，主要用料有盐、鸡蛋、水淀粉等。

五花肉一块（最好是带皮）用凉水下锅煮，煮熟后捞出控水切块。

放油融化适量冰糖，加入切好的肉炒糖色。

加水加冰糖（冰糖视自己口味添加）大火烧开后转小火炖煮（可以放红枣或蜜枣），煮一个小时大火收汁，出锅。
